Many-a-times we have lost money while gambling. It hurts to lose. Gambling is all about uncertainty, right? But there are many people who lose millions of money while gambling. Here are 5 worst gambling losses ever in the history of gaming:

1. Zhenli Ye Gon - first among the 5 biggest gambling loss makers
Mr Zhengli is considered as one of the biggest gambling losers of all time. According to reports he had lost USD 125 million over a certain period of time in multiple Casinos in Vegas. But it was never been an issue to him. Professionally he was a drug trafficker. In fact, during a police raid in his Mexico City residence police had collected a total of USD 200 million in hard cash.

2. Kerry Packer - 2nd biggest gambling loss maker
Kerry Packer was one of the most successful businessmen of all time. He took some very bold business decisions and changed the entire sports scenario of Cricket around the globe. But it has been found out that he had lost $40 million within a span of 10 months. Among this, he had lost $28 million within 3 weeks in a casino in London in the year 1999.





3. Akio Kashiwagi - 3rd largest gambling loss maker
Akio is a property developer of Japan and was once considered as World's Biggest Gambler. He was not only a big winner but also a big loser too. In a baccarat game he is still reckoned as the highest gambling loss maker in the entire history of casino. It was in the year 1992 when he lost $ 10 million in just 6 days at Trump Plaza.

4. Fouad al-Zayat - the 4th biggest gambling loss maker
Fouad al-Zayat is a businessman who comes from Seria. He's generally called as "The Fat Man". During a period of 12 years Fouad has lost over $46 million. Recently, a London based casino has filed a case against non-payment of dues amounting to $4 million against him. He was found guilty and the court has ordered to freeze some of his assets including his Rolls Royce and Boeing 747 jet.

5. Frank Sarakakis - 5th biggest gambling loss maker
He's a businessman of Greece. It has been reported that he lost around $16 million in the year 1994 in a Roulette match in London. Many say that he had lost such a big amount earlier too (in the year 1988).
